DESCRIPTION
They are specially baked unshaped refractory material consisting of various specifically sized aggregates and powders, additives and binders, and can be applied directly to the work location without presintering. They are patented products developed by our company with features of high temperature resistance, high strength, good abrasion and corrosion resistance, good ther-mal shock resistance, good gas tightness. In addition, depending on the purpose there are choices available to cater for good thermal conductivity or heat insulation.The unshaped materials are widely used in various smelting furnaces, slag cleaning fur-naces, heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, electric furnaces and steel ladles in ferrous and non-ferrous industries; glass kilns in building materials industry; synthetic ammonia gasification furnaces, carbon black reactors, refinery and catalytic cracking units in chemical industry as well as combustion chamber, back burning zone, balance flue and cyclone separator of CFB boilers.
It performs very well when applied on-site with both dry and wet methods , very easy to use as being well appreciated by our customers.
APPLICATION
The products are widely used in various smelting vessels, including:
- Top blowing smelting furnaces: Ausmelt furnace, ISASMELT furnace, Kaldo furnace
- Side blowing smelting furnaces: Jinfeng furnace, Baiyin furnace, continuous converting furnaces, PS converters
- Bottom blowing smelting furnaces: SKS smelting furnace, QSL bottom-blowing furnace
- Submerged arc furnaces: Ti slag (TiO2 1 nickel-iron alloys, zinc alloy powders / metallic zinc (ZnO/Zn)
- Furnaces for treatment of environmental wastes: resource recovery from polluted environmental mud, waste electronics, anode slimes
- Other high temperature processing facilities: flash furnace, electric cleaning furnace for copper and nickel smelting, zinc volatilizing rotary kilns, electric zinc furnace, cement rotary kiln and glass kilns.

The GW series products can provide service lives in multi-times to the conventional Cr-Mg, Mg-AI and aluminum silicate bricks
