DESCRIPTION
The rapping rotating shaft rod type porcelain insulator (referred to as the rotating shaft insulator) is used in the transmission and rapping dust cleaning device of the side of the corona pole of the electrostatic precipitator, and plays the role of transmission and high voltage insulation.
The rotating shaft insulator is made of porcelain parts and metal accessories at both ends with high-temperature-resistant adhesive. The end of the porcelain parts is knurled or sanded. Buffer layer to prevent loosening and ensure mechanical strength.
The working temperature of the 95 porcelain shaft is below 600 °C, the DC working voltage is 72kV ~ 120kV, and the torsional damage load is not less than 4000N/m. Porcelain shafts are manufactured in strict accordance with GB772-87 "Technical Conditions for High-Voltage Electric Porcelain Parts" and JB/T6746.2-93 "Porcelain Insulators for Electrostatic Precipitators-Porcelain Shafts".

APPLICATION
The high-voltage insulating device 95 porcelain dew proof insulating pull rod used in the electrostatic precipitator is composed of an insulating rod body and its heating body, a lower lifting lug, inner and outer flanges and springs. The heating body is arranged in the insulating rod body. The lower end of the insulating rod body is connected with the lower lifting lug through the lower Haff lock block. The lower lifting lug is used to connect with the cathode frame in the electrostatic precipitator, and the upper end of the insulating rod body is connected with the step opening of the inner flange through the three Haff lock block, The step opening of the outer flange is sleeved with the outer wall of the step opening of the inner flange, and a spring is arranged between the inner and outer flanges through a guide rod. With its unique anti dew effect and compact insulation structure, the utility model can significantly improve the reliability of high-voltage insulation inside the electrostatic precipitator. The insulator of the utility model adopts corundum ceramic rod formed by isostatic pressing process and high-temperature roasting with more than 95% Al2O3 powder, which has high tensile strength, good high-temperature insulation performance, wide temperature range of thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance.
